American Redevelopment Regional Center brings the dream of U.S. residency to foreign nationals via the Investor Visa Pilot Program by creating jobs through new business development in Targeted Employment Areas in Riverside, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles County.
One of the projects American Redevelopment Regional Center will be funding is the Murrieta Education Center. This location provides easy access from northern San Diego County to the south and all of Riverside County from the north. American Redevelopment Regional Center will lend the EB-5 Capital to the developers and take back a note and deed of trust for security. The development itself consists of four (4) new buildings on the property resulting in approximately 195,013 square feet of Class A office space and retail.
