One of the projects American Redevelopment Regional Center is in the process of developing is the Truax Building. The Truax Building is two acres of real property located in Temecula, California, located in Riverside County. The Regional Center will construct, develop, lease, operate, and manage one commercial building on the property, resulting in a new commercial development which will be leased to retail, banking, restaurant, and office tenants.

This project started has Limited Partnership available. More importantly, the project will create 329 new jobs in the area and provide significant economic growth.
